Kesu JIf you’re a first-time buyer and want someone who actually works for you, call Sona. She got us the home we really wanted after we’d already given up on it, and for less than our first offer. It went conditional to another buyer and we moved on. Sona didn’t. She stayed in touch with the listing agent, and the moment that deal looked shaky she got our offer in and accepted right away. That’s a sharp negotiator — and she never turned that skill on us. No pressure to take a house we didn’t have our hearts in, and no sense that anyone was just trying to get a deal closed. What helped just as much is how clearly she explained the process. We didn’t know what actually mattered versus what sellers put in to make a house look good. Sona walked us through what to watch for and what we could ignore, which saved a lot of confusion. She’s easy to talk to, paid attention to what would work for our family, and once we had the house her people made the rest simpler: lawyer, inspector, the usual list already lined up. Patient, connected, and tough with the other side. Especially good if this is your first home. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
